Maternity Services
Maternal health services provide support and information to pregnant women, promoting health and preventing complications from conception to 42 days postpartum, including pre-pregnancy counseling.
Preventive Care
Clinics offer health screenings, immunizations, and patient education to help prevent disease and chronic illness.
Chronic Care
Clinics offer ongoing care for serious chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and HIV/AIDS.
Support Services
Clinics offer support services to help patients access primary care, such as case management, translation and interpreter services, and health education
